1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777rd platform, including all betting services, casino games, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other features made available through the website at 777rd.io (the "Platform"). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 777rd (the "Company").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 777rd Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 777rd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777rd Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting the support team at [email protected].

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 777rd Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 777rd Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of the 777rd Company or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.
• You must not have a self-exclusion or account restriction in place with 777rd or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 777rd Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The Company will close any duplicate accounts discovered and may withhold any balances held therein.
• Account registration is available only to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• By registering, you consent to receiving service-related communications from 777rd via email or other contact methods provided during registration.

777rd implements identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform. Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of address.

4 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777rd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777rd will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 777rd support team immediately at [email protected]. The Company will take prompt action to secure the account, but will not be held liable for any losses incurred prior to the notification being received.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. 777rd recommends a minimum of 12 characters including uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not access your 777rd account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the Platform when they become available.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

777rd supports a range of local and international payment methods designed for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to be credited. There are no fees charged by 777rd on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to standard security checks. The Company reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal amounts at its sole discretion.

• Withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, unless otherwise approved by the 777rd compliance team.
• Funds will not be transferred to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The Company reserves the right to temporarily delay or hold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or security review.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate deposit (chargeback) will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777rd may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be claimed by players who are self-excluded, suspended, or subject to account restrictions.
• Welcome bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any accrued wagering progress is honoured for bonuses already accepted.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777rd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Detailed rules for sports betting (including cricket, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup markets), casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and E-Sports markets are available within the relevant product sections of the Platform.

By placing a bet or wagering on any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product, that you accept the displayed odds or house edge at the time of placing the wager, and that the outcome of all games is determined by certified random processes beyond the control of the Company.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is available and activated.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed interruption during a live event or casino game session, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player.
• The Company reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Any bets placed at a clearly erroneous price that represents a material deviation from the fair market price at the time of placement may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may be adjusted at the Company's discretion.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777rd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action being pursued against the individual concerned.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulent payment instruments.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live betting strategies.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or otherwise manipulating bonus systems to obtain promotional benefits beyond their intended scope.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with casino games without direct human control.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or user accounts, or to introduce malicious code or software.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed sporting outcome, or participating in any scheme to manipulate the result of a sporting event.

9 Responsible Gaming

777rd is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Company provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time-out controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through the account settings section of the Platform or by contacting the support team.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777rd Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

11 Privacy & Data

777rd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Company uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 777rd Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, bugs, or temporary unavailability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in periods of downtime; the Company will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where possible.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall in no event exceed the total value of funds held in your 777rd account at the time the claim arises.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player is under the age of 21.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Continuing to provide services to the player would expose the Company to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If no breach of these Terms is ultimately established, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used to fund the account.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 777rd Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 777rd Platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the 777rd customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Company from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary interests.
